Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on December 2 1982 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model well known for her appearances in both movies and television shows. Brandt started her acting in the New Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom and made her American debut in the role of Naevia as part of the historical series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade the actress has been featured in numerous TV shows including the likes that of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt was first introduced to the role of Mazikeen (the role played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the urban-fantasy series Lucifer back in 2016. Brandt has a family at Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she relocated into Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career through ads and commercials. Before her rise to recognition as a model, she was employed in sales at retail as well as working as an information technology recruitment consultant. The role she played was Leilani an NZer in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her debut appearance came on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She performed the role of Naevia who was a slave in that show. In addition, she been playing the role of Naevia since the prequel miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with the actor Craig Parker in three different TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began playing a bounty-hunting demon named Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful show Lucifer. This happens to be her most memorable role so far. In the show, she is co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
